Calpe Spanish Villa for Rent - Area Information

Being set on a hill the villa generally is not overlooked nor is the pool and has good views of the other side of the valley and hills/mountains and the Imperial Park Country Club (open to the public with Restaurants, Water park, etc.)

There are good shops, many high class designer boutiques and shoe shops together with many restaurants cuisines of all nationalities again within a 5 minute drive.

The Villa is a 5 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Calpe (or indeed a brisk 15 minute walk if it is cool enough) with its children's play areas on the sand and lifeguards, bowling green, ferry to Altea (even more shops and a market) and Benidorm and a vessel with underwater viewing cabin.

Calpe itself is an old fishing town of historic interest with a good shopping area especially interesting during the many fiestas and pageants. The old port area of Calpe has lovely restaurants displaying and serving fish, lobster, shrimps and shellfish caught locally that day.

Calpe itself is lively in the evenings and extremely family friendly with some nightclubs etc. in the town and local hotels - but perhaps not intensive enough for 'clubbers' who may prefer to make the 20 minute car journey to Benidorm with its myriad array of clubs pubs and nightlife (antique market Saturdays/Sundays).
